Tips to Improve Immunity of Kids Naturally


The immune system is the organ or process that provides resistance to infection and toxins and other foreign particles. Through a series of steps called immune response, the immune system attacks organisms and substances that invade body systems and cause disease. To keep children healthy, it is important to increase their immunity so that they become less sick.

Breast-feeding
Research has shown that breastfed babies have a stronger immune system. Breast milk has antibodies that increase the immunity that is transmitted from the mother to her baby. Colostrum or thick yellow pre-milk that flows from the mother's breasts during the first few days after birth is full of life-saving antibodies that help develop the baby's immunity.
Good nutrition
According to studies, children should have 3-5 servings of vegetables per day. Include vegetables in cooked and uncooked form. Fresh fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals and antibodies that help fight diseases.
Vaccination on time
Vaccines start as soon as a baby is born and continue for up to 2 years, after which there are some booster doses that must be given at the prescribed time.
Outdoor time to play and exercise
At least 1-2 hours of physical activity are necessary for a child to be fit.
Exercise and outdoor time is important to strengthen the body and also increases immunity.
Home remedies to increase immunity
Give ginger and honey juice twice a day.
